Stakeholder Engagement Workshop
Stakeholder Engagement Workshop
The Stakeholder Engagement Workshop for the Developing Community-Led Air Quality Network Victoria project was held on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, at RMIT University City Campus. The workshop brought together project partners, participating councils, health experts, EPA representatives, and technical advisors to discuss the establishment of a community-led air quality monitoring network across Victoria. The program included presentations on air quality monitoring, data quality, QA/QC processes, respiratory and health impacts of air pollution, vulnerable populations, and lessons from the OPENAIR NSW experience. Council presentations and discussions provided an opportunity to identify local priorities, while the methodology co-design session supported collaborative planning for sensor deployment, data collection, and future engagement. The workshop concluded with discussion of next steps and a networking lunch to strengthen collaboration among stakeholders
